Aim of the Project
An Energy Efficient office complex and Research Facility for TERI-Amaravati. The aim of the thesis is understanding the sustainable design techniques which would be applicable for an office and research and facility based building in warm and humid climate and design an Energy Efficient office and research facility with these techniques.
ABOUT SITE:
​LOCATION: AMARAVATI- The New Capital City
i1 zoning district are specifically set aside for non-pollutive industries and businesses that engage in high technology, research and development (R&D), high value added and knowledge intensive activities. The value of the business park zone is between industrial and commercial uses.

A collaboration of traditional Passive cooling technique of Middle east and enhanced with the air handling unit.
The vital purpose of the the wind tower is to reduce to load of AHU for cooling which eventually reduce the power consumption of the building.

Three Wind Towers are designed for the office complex in order to provide cooling system, with assistance of passive ventilation system .
